It is the participant’s responsibility to cover the airfare from their city of origin to David, Chiriquí (they must arrive in David on September 23, 2024), as well as any personal expenses or activities not included in the official program.

Arrival transfers will be scheduled for September 23 and departure transfers on September 26, 2024, provided that arrival and departure flights are sent to the organizers to info@PanamaTravelMart.com no later than 12 noon (Panama time) on September 10, 2024. 

The Panama Travel Mart is organized by the National Chamber of Tourism of Panama, an entity that brings together the main guilds of the country’s tourism industry.

The Panama Travel Mart will be held in the city of David, Panama.

The Panama Travel Mart will be a unique opportunity to meet with the main suppliers (hotels, resorts, receptive, DMC’s, congress and event organizers, etc.) and tourism authorities of Panama, to strengthen or initiate new business and personal relationships; at the same time to get to know the tourist attractions and experiences of this beautiful region.  The Panama destination is shaping up to become one of the most important destinations in Latin America due to its unique and diverse options.

Hotels, resorts, receptive, DMC’s, event organizers, congresses and meetings, attractions, PROMTUR-Visit Panama (Destination Promotion Organization), Copa Airlines, shopping centers, among others, participate as suppliers.

We will be posting the list of enrolled providers on the website as of September 9, 2024.

Yes, they must be done online. The period to request and confirm your meetings will be from September 9 to 20, 2024 on the PanamaTravelMart.com website, logging in will take you to the appointments section, where you can see the participating providers (from September 9, 2024), modify your profile and request appointments from September 6. Suppliers will be able to request meetings from September 09 to 20, 2024.
