Day 1. | September 23, 2024:

  • Reception of participants at David Airport (DAV), Chiriquí Province, Panama.
  • Transfer to the assigned Pretour destination:
    • Tour 1: Boquete Area
    • Tour 2: Highlands - Volcán
    • Tour 3: Gulf of Chiriquí (islands and beaches)
Finca Lerida, Coffee Plantation and Boutique Hotel, Boquete, Chiriqui Province

Day 2. | September 24, 2024:

  • Tours during the day and in the afternoon transfer to the city of David.
  • Check-in at the assigned hotel in the city of David.

Day 3. | September 25, 2024:

  • Panama Travel Mart in session from 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Farewell cocktail
Exploring the Exhibition Halls at the Miraflores Locks to learn about the history behind the Panama Canal

Day 4. | September 26, 2024:

  • Check-out from the hotel and transfer to David Airport
  • Departures

The participation cost is US$249.00. Additional person in same room (sharing room) US$149.00

Includes: participation in the Panama Travel Mart on September 25, 2024; three nights of accommodation in Chiriquí Province; participation in the tours that are part of the program, which will be assigned according to availability; breakfasts, meals included in the official program, transfers, and activities of the official program.

The participant's responsible for the air portion to David, Chiriquí (must arrive on September 23, 2024) and personal expenses or activities not included in the official program.

Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation with a link to make the payment by credit card within 48 hours.

Recommendations

  • There is no strict dress code, comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended during the tours.
  • At the Program's dinners and cocktails, Business casual attire is recommended
  • Business attire is recommended for business meeting sessions on September 25, 2024 (jacket and tie are not required).
